I’m Laci Secor,
a graduate from Texas Tech University, a certified nutritional health coach, certified life coach, and health guru based in the Texas Hill Country. I call Boerne home with my husband, two children, and two fur babies (who have zero idea they’re dogs). I’m an enneagram 9, and happiest in the company of my friends and family—and I’m all about a poolside o’clock glass of wine or mojito.
As a professional organizer, I decluttered worn-out mamas' homes for more than a decade—bringing in much-needed fresh air to their space (& soul!).
That’s when I noticed decluttering your physical belongings can be a catalyst for so much internal renewal.
Fast forward to today? I’m a still professional decluttering expert—but these days, I’m out to rid your mind of “stinkin’ thinkin’” around food, so you can radically shift your health.
The most important thing I do is help women rediscover their autonomy. Trivial things, labels, and layers set upon us tend to jumble us up—it’s easy to forget we are in charge of our lives and well-being.
As a health coach, I’ll help you slowly unveil those layers, rewire the way you see food, develop self-trust, and design a life that’s true for you.
